Focused Coaching for a Hard Conversation
Whether it's sharing something personal with your parents, asking a friend to show up differently, addressing tension with a partner, navigating a workplace challenge, or expressing something you've been holding back, this coaching track is designed to help you prepare for a specific conversation or relational situation. Over the course of 4–6 focused sessions, we'll work together to clarify what needs to be said, why it matters, and what is making the conversation feel difficult. We'll explore the emotions, assumptions, fears, and relationship dynamics involved so that you can approach the conversation with greater self-awareness, intention, and confidence.
Together, we'll develop a clear plan for how to communicate your thoughts, feelings, needs, concerns, or boundaries in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values. Through conversation mapping, scripting, role-play, and rehearsal, you'll have the opportunity to practice before the conversation happens in real life. The goal is not to guarantee a particular response or outcome, but to help you show up with greater clarity, courage, and self-trust—knowing that you said what needed to be said in a way that reflects who you want to be in your relationships.
